Description
Project Description: The purpose of a Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information, comments, or suggestions from potential suppliers before issuing a subsequent solicitation.
Interested parties should register in the online bidding system in order to receive notification of any future solicitations.
This RFI is not a procurement process and NO AWARD FOR CONTRACT WILL BE MADE THROUGH THIS REQUEST. A response to a request for information is not an offer and may not be accepted to form a binding contract. Information submitted to or by a governmental entity in response to a request for information is protected under the Utah Procurement Code Section 63G-2-305.
