UDOT IFB- St George Utah Port of Entry Portable Restrooms and Servicing

Project Description: The Intent of this solicitation is to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to provide portable restroom(s) and service at the St. George Port of Entry located at I-15 Utah, Milepost 1, Northbound and Southbound.
This solicitation is issued in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code and applicable administrative rules of the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this solicitation conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code, the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.
The documents included within this solicitation are intended to provide interested bidders with sufficient information to enable the bidder to determine if they can provide as per the outlined requirements.
Bidders must provide sufficient documentation/information to demonstrate compliance with the stated specifications/requirements.
