UDOT- Pando Aspin Fence Project

The purpose of this solicitation is to provide fencing services to install 6625 Feet of Type G (Metal Post) Right-of-Way- Fence, brace
posts, 6 gates, fence removal.
It is anticipated that this solicitation may result in the award of a single contract. The award will be given to the vendor with the lowest lump sum total from Attachment E cost sheet.
Project is scheduled to start as May1st or as soon as weather permits.
All work must be completed by August 1st 2025.
This solicitation is issued in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code and applicable administrative rules of the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this solicitation conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code, the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.
The documents included within this solicitation are intended to provide interested bidders with sufficient information to enable the bidder to determine if they can provide as per the outlined requirements.
Bidders must provide sufficient documentation/information to demonstrate compliance with the stated specifications/requirements.
