The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into a contract with a responsive and responsible provider to provide: 5 Hydraulic Asphalt Slab Roller Compactors as per the Scope of Work/Specifications, and Requirements outlined within the solicitation documents
It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in award to a SINGLE PROVIDER.
This solicitation is issued in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code and applicable administrative rules of the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this solicitation conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code, the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.
