This Invitation for Bids "IFB" is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code and the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or the Utah Administrative Code, then Utah Procurement Code and then Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide construction services related to: Remove existing cross culvert and surface material. Install new trench drain and concrete waterway, reconstructing impacted curb and gutter and asphalt. Construct sump basin & drop inlet to convey water to the new basin. See plan set for detailed scope of work.
This contract will result in one contract award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
UDOT reserves the right to determine if a bidder is responsible based on past MS4 projects. If a firm has previously been awarded MS4 projects, that firm's projects must have been completed without excessive delays and warranty issues (this includes completion before the substantial completion date.)Any current MS4 projects not completed must not be in a liquidated damage state."
Project must be completed by November 15th, 2025 .

The UDOT Procurement Services Division is the issuing procurement unit and Region 4 is the conducting procurement unit for this IFB (referred to as “the State”). The reference number for this IFB is Solicitation #UDOT260080CN. This solicitation number must be referred to on all bids, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the State relating to this IFB.
The documents included within this solicitation are intended to provide interested bidders with sufficient information to enable the bidder to determine if they can provide as per the outlined requirements.
Bidders must provide sufficient documentation/information to demonstrate compliance with the stated specifications/requirements.
