Bid Synopsis:	The State of Wisconsin (State), Department of Administration (DOA), through its Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS), requests a simplified bid (SIMBid) for Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) Inspection Services for Clark (South), Kewaunee, Shawano, and Wood Counties in the State of Wisconsin and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract for Calumet, Clark (South), Kewaunee, Marinette, Shawano, and Wood Counties. Although camping units under Wis. Admin. Code § SPS 327 were included in previous Contracts for UDC Inspection Services, the Contract resulting from this SIMBid will not include camping units. Appendix 1 – Inspection Areas, lists the counties with the specific municipality covered in this SIMBid. Counties and municipalities may be added or removed at any time over the life of the Contract(s) per Wis. Admin. Code § SPS 320.06(1)(c)3. DSPS maintains the authority to increase or decrease the number of assigned inspections during this Contract(s). DSPS has historically contracted for UDC Inspection services throughout the State of Wisconsin. This SIMBid follows the uniform dwelling codes SPS 320 – 325.
