UConn - Werth Residence Hall High Humidity Mitigation – Phase 1A - 04A Re-Bid

The project is anticipated to take place from May 2025 through August 2025. Total estimated value of the project is approximately $9 million. The scope of work includes MEP upgrades to AHU's and HVAC distribution to provide dehumidified ventilation air to each of the Peter J. Werth Residence Tower dorm rooms on floors 2-8. Phase 1A - 04A Re-Bid specifically includes the specific scope of work for this bid package of miscellaneous CMU shaft / partition re-work and miscellaneous concrete work including patching & repairs to facilitate the needed installations for MEP's and finishes.
