Overview

The University of California Davis campus is seeking Partner(s) to provide Ground Transportation Charter Services to support our constitutional objectives of public services, research and education. UC Davis travels extensively throughout California as well as the nation to fulfill its objectives. This RFP seeks to award to multiple awardees to fulfill both Local and out-of- state travel, as well as facilitate the travel needs of UC Affiliates and Guest. The University utilizes a variety of Charter Services such as: Coach, Mini-Coach, SPAB Bus, Shuttles, Executive Shuttles to support campus programs and events. The University invites you to submit a proposal to furnish Ground transportation Charter Services to the entire Davis Campus, on a Multi-year agreement.

Qualified suppliers are invited to submit proposals, based on the information provided in this RFP, with the intent to establish a business alliance with UC Davis that will maximize the resources of both

organizations to most effectively meet UC Davis' needs.
