1. Instructions for proposals
Firms are encouraged to review the RFP instructions and submission requirements prior to
preparing their proposals, i.e. Description, Guidelines, Questionnaires, UC Terms & Conditions.
Proposals should be complete, clearly organized, and submitted in accordance with the
requirements and deadlines outlined in the RFP.
2. Sustainability questions
As part of the proposal process, vendors should be prepared to response/address a sustainability
questionnaire regarding their organization's environmental and social initiatives, sustainability
practices, certifications and related programs or commitments. UC Sustainability Policy attached
for reference.
3. Pricing Proposals
Provide a pricing proposal detailing cost for each sign, subtotaling for each location, and one grand
total for the 10-sign project. Payment terms (milestones, deliverables, etc.) to be negotiated with
awarded firm.
4. RFP timeline and project timeline

In order to maintain a fair and transparent RFP process, all communication and inquiries should be

Proposals will be evaluated by UCANR's project team based on criteria outlined below. UCANR will
also consider references and overall value when evaluating.
