East Harding Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager for the UAPB Health & Allied Sciences Building Project. We are accepting sealed bids from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers for an Early Site, Foundation and Steel trade packages for the construction of 2 floors of laboratory and classroom space.

BID TIME: SEALED BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 2:00 p.m.
PRE-BID MEETING (non-mandatory): 7/8/2026 @ 9:00 at the jobsite on UAPB campus.
ALL SUBCONTRACTOR QUESTIONS FOR CLARIFICATIONS DUE IN WRITING TO THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER NO LATER THAN: Monday, July 13th, by 12:00 Noon.
