The contractor shall provide all manpower, resources and materials necessary to expand the VHA Amputation System of Care Peer Support tailored to the needs of the specialized population within the VA. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract with a five (5) year period of performance.
Period of Performance: February 3, 2025 - February 2, 2026, with an additional four 12 Month optional periods:
