This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 5.2, and using Simplified Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services at FAR Part 12. As stated previously, the government intends to solicit this acquisition on a sole source basis to PlayFly LLC. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is the only RFQ for this requirement, it includes all the terms and conditions as well as applicable FAR, DFARS and NMCARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated task order. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 611430 and the Small Business Size Standard is $15M. The anticipated contract type is a firm-fixed price for participation in the PlayFly AIA managed events.

The Contracting Officer will only consider information submitted in response to this posting to the extent if the requirement should be competed. The Government will not pay or reimburse the offeror/quoter for any submission.
The Period of Performance is anticipated to start 27 August 2026 through 18 May 2027. The requirement does not contain any options.
