General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,500

Space Type: Office

Parking Spaces (Total): 25 Total surface spaces with 10 being reserved, secured with fencing

Full Term: 180 months

Firm Term: 60 months

Option Term: One 5-yr option

Additional Requirements:

• Contiguous on one floor


• Accessible 24/7/365


• Floor load able to accommodate high density file system


• Maneuverability of trucks/trailers within parking area


• Cannot be located within a High Crime area as determined by local law enforcement

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
