U.S. Embassy Pretoria A&E Roof Design Services 249 Carina & 325 Aries

The Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) and U.S. Embassy Pretoria has a requirement

for professional A&E Services to investigate the condition of the residential 249 Carina

and 325 Aires existing roofs and roof structures, and provide roof replacement contract

documentations services, as per the attached Statement of Work. A site visit to the two residences is needed to collect the necessary information for the development of contract documents.

• U.S Embassy payment terms: The U.S Embassy issues only fixed priced contracts and advance payments and deposits are not authorized. Payment will be made via EFT into the company’s bank account, 30 days AFTER the work has been completed AND a proper invoice has been received by our payment’s office, whichever is later.

• As a Diplomatic Mission, we represent the U.S. Government and are unable to sign any contracts, credit applications and T’s & C’s.
