Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to solicit quotes in response to Request for Quote (RFQ) 70B06C25Q00000070 for lightweight ballistic shields to support the Law Enforcement Safety and Compliance (LESC) Directorate. The Government anticipates making a single firm, fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract award resulting from this solicitation. The anticipated contract will be issued with a period of performance of five (5) years. The solicitation will be issued as FAR 13 competitive, unrestricted. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315990. The SBA size standard is 600 employees. The solicitation documents will be issued on or about May 7, 2025 with submissions due date approximately August 8, 2025.Potential offerors MUST register at SAM.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
