U.S. CBP, USBP Tucson Sector Portable Restrooms & Handwash Station Services

This notice is published IAW FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions.

The U.S Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol (USBP), Tucson Sector, Portable Restrooms & Handwash Station Services. This requirement is to procure all materials, labor, equipment, transportation and supervision to supply and service portable restrooms and handwashing stations at the locations stated within this SOW. This will also include removal, exchange, and delivery of all materials, waste removal, and cleaning services. The contractor will provide services for these toilets and handwash stations between the hours of 0600 and 1800. Services will be provided twice weekly at each location with at least three days, but no more than four between servicing. The services are being procured IAW the stated salient characteristics included in the Statement of Work (SOW). It is the intent of CBP to procure commercially available services.

The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 562219 - Other Nonhazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal which has a size standard of $47M Dollars.

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed-price, contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures.

It is anticipated that a Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued via the System for Award Management (SAM) as a total small business set-aside.

The solicitation documents will be issued on or about March 14, 2025.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

In order to be considered for award, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Vendors not already registered in SAM are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible.
