U-4648 Anchor Glass Meter Set - Natural Gas System Replacement

The City of Warner Robins will accept sealed bids for the construction and installation of a new meter set for Anchor Glass on the Natural Gas System. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after bid opening date.

All potential bidders must hold a current Georgia Utility Contractor¿s License of proper classification and in full force and effect, in compliance with Act. O.C.G.A. 43-14. Contractor must be a qualified natural gas contractor under the laws of the State of Georgia and must comply with any Federal, State, and City guidelines and regulations. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held in the Carolyn Robbins Conference Room, City Hall Complex, 700 Watson Boulevard, Warner Robins, Georgia on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time.

Sealed bids will be received in the Purchasing Office until Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Bid opening will be held in the Carolyn Robbins Conference Room, City Hall Complex, 700 Watson Boulevard, Warner Robins, Georgia. Late bids will not be considered.

The Bid No.: "U- 4648 Anchor Glass Meter Set - Natural Gas System Replacement¿ and the Contractor¿s Georgia Utility Contractor¿s License Number shall be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope.
