U014--Active Threat Response Training for the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 03/13/2026. This solicitation is set aside for 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This is a firm fixed price contract. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611699- All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction Contractors with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The FSC/PSC is U014 Education/Training Security. Wage Determination 2015-5613, Rev.32, Dated 05/13/2026 applies to this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting 22, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide an active threat response training program designed for VA clinical and non-clinical personnel which includes live practical exercises and/or assessments located within the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System.
