Project Bid Received By & Opening Information:	Bids received will be opened and tabulated at a public meeting, presided over by a City Engineer, in the 4th Floor Clock Tower Conference Room in the Public Works Department, City Hall, at 1 p.m., Local Time, on October 20, 2026. Thereafter, bids will be acted upon by the City Council at such time and place as may be fixed.
Pre-Bid Meeting Info:	A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 12, 2026 at 10 a.m. at the Tyson Events Center, 401 Gordon Drive. Prospective bidders should meet in the box office lobby on the south side of the building. It is strongly recommended that the contractor attends the pre-bid meeting, and/or visit the site prior to bidding.

Description:	The project is located at the Tyson Events Center, 401 Gordon Drive and includes the rebuilding in place of one existing water-cooled chiller. The existing compressor motor shall be rebuilt per the manufacturer's approved process, and all other instrumentation and parts are to be recalibrated to the manufacturer’s specifications. Alternate One is for replacement of the condenser and primary pumps serving the chiller. Alternate Two is for a new two-year service agreement.
