TENDER DOCUMENT

FOR TYPE 33 BASE COURSE AGGREGATE CRUSHING -

Sealed Tenders will be received by the undersigned until 11:00 A.M., SK time, on Monday, February 9, 2026 for Type 33 – Base Course Aggregate Crushing.

Approximate total quantities:

60,000 yards3 of Type 33 Base Course Aggregate (2 Pile Split)
30,000 yards3 Stripping (Removal, Hauling and Stockpiling)

Tenders will be opened at the R.M. of Eye Hill office in Macklin, SK at the hour of 11:00 A.M, SK time, Monday, February 9, 2026. The tender will be awarded to the winning contractor on or before Friday, February 20, 2026.

Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or alternatively, a bid bond in the amount of not less than “5 % of the Tender amount”.

The Rural Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
