The City of Tybee Island, GA will be accepting Bids for North End Sanitary Sewer. PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 2:00 PM ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2025, to Aleesha Robinson, at Tybee Island City Hall, 403 Butler Avenue, Tybee Island, GA 31328 and will be publicly opened. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, September 11, at 2:00pm at Tybee Island Public Safety Building (78 Van Horn Ave.). Direct all questions in writing to Aleesha Robinson at aleesha.robinson@cityoftybee.gov The City of Tybee Island, GA may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids and proposals with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (iv) accept that proposal which the City of Tybee Island, GA deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.
