Sealed Tenders will be received by the undersigned until 1:00 P.M., local time, on November 26, 2025 for the Removal and Rebuilding of the Bellanger Bridge located on TWP Road 502 in the R.M. of Mervin No. 499.
Approximate total quantities:
Dismantling of Existing Bridge
192 m of Piling
Sheet Piling
Repainting Steel Structure Components
Bridge Erection
44 m of Steel Bride rail
Tenders will be opened in public in the office of the undersigned at the hour of 1:30 P.M., local time, November 26, 2025. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or alternatively, a bid bond in the amount of not less than “five percent (5%) of the highest alternative Tender amount”. Each Tender must be valid for 30 days.
The Rural Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
