The County of Burlington has issued a solicitation of bids titled "Two (2) New Western Star Tri-Axle or Equivalent Dump Trucks for the Department of Public Works, Division of Roads & Bridges" (CPU-25-0023). The bid specifications are available for download by prospective bidders under the "Attachments" tab within the solicitation located at https://burlcobids.ionwave.net. Bid documents and forms must be downloaded and submitted in their original format. Any bid modified from the original format will not be accepted.

All bids shall be submitted electronically at https://burlcobids.ionwave.net. The County shall not accept any bid submissions via email, fax, courier, mail, or in-person delivery. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17: 27-1 et seq.
All solicitations are subject to change. Bidders are advised to check the County's eProcurement system periodically for any future addenda, revisions, etc. prior to the opening date.
The Division of Purchasing's public office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. EST, County holidays excluded.
