Twin Lakes Trail Resurfacing

Interested parties are asked to meet at the Twin Lakes Trailhead located at the end of Nautilus Drive. This is just east of the Boulder Country Day School (4820 Nautilus Court, Boulder CO 80301).

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled, starting promptly at 9:00 a.m. April 3, 2025. The meeting will last approximately one (1) hour and will require thirty (30) minutes of walking. A representative from your company must be in attendance at the meeting. Proposals from companies not represented at the mandatory, pre-bid meeting will not be accepted.

Boulder County Parks and Open Space (BCPOS) is seeking bids from qualified and experienced construction contractors to resurface a three thousand three hundred (3,300) foot-long trail using a paving machine. The trail is located at Twin Lakes near the Boulder Country Day School at 4820 Nautilus Court, Boulder CO 80301.
