42479 - Twelve Mile Swamp Conservation Area - West Augustine Mulch Mowing

The St. Johns River Water Management District (the “District”) is seeking submittals from qualified contractors with experience in mechanical mowing and mulching to treat approximately 180 acres within designated treatment areas at the Twelve Mile Swamp Conservation Area - West Augustine parcel for hazardous fuel-load reduction and to support future prescribed-fire activities (the “Work”). The Work includes mowing and mulching understory vegetation up to four inches in diameter at breast height within the areas identified in the solicitation maps. The estimated budget for the Work is $80,000. All Work shall be completed by September 25, 2026.
