Henrico County Public Schools, VA (herein “Lead Public Agency”) on behalf of itself and the GOVMVMT Purchasing Cooperative, the members of the Advisory Council and all states, local governments, school districts, and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and nonprofit organizations (herein “Participating Public Agencies”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to enter into a Master Agreement(s) for a complete offering of in-person and/or virtual tutoring services, independent instruction services and other related services, to support elementary, middle and high schools in a variety of subjects and grade levels. Interested firms will execute and submit all information in accordance with the RFP’s Proposal Submission Requirements and Instructions. The solicitation may result in an award to multiple contracts. Proposals are due no later than June 5, 2025 at 11:00am EST.
