Two 8100 Series electro-mechanical swing door operators to replace existing, using existing push plates.

Exclusion Swinger Work by others:
-120 VAC routed into header and connected to controls
-HARDWIRING of Low Voltage Wire (18-gauge, 4-conductor)
from Header to Activation Points
-Doors, Door Frames, and all other Hardware
-Door must be free swinging, without impediment of latches,
locks, and integral closers
-Dummy Pivots – if required (can be furnished as an add if
needed)
-Solid Blocking in walls and ceiling (as needed) to anchor
equipment
-Walls/Ceiling – Patch and Paint (if required)
-Finish Floor – Repairs, Etc. (if required)
-Access Controls, IE; Card reader, Auto Locks, Dry Contacts, Etc
