Remove existing trees (2) at the inlet structure in its entirety. All limbs and trunk shall be removed. Stump shall be ground
down to a minimum of 3". If fence needs to be moved, contact the owner. I will be sending them a letter to notify them of
the situation. Remove and dispose of all accumulated debris, leaves, sediment, organic material, and deteriorated black
geotextile erosion control fabric in and around the inlet and grate opening.
All disturbed ground shall be restored to original condition or better. All disturbed areas shall be seeded with ACSO
approved residential seed mix and with straw to establish cover and prevent erosion. All trash, rubbish, and debris shall be
hauled away and disposed of offsite.
