Bid Specs for Turtle Cove Fencing Project

Sealed bid for the City of Festus 2025 Turtle Cove Splash Pad and Playground Fencing Project will be received by the City of Festus, 950 N Fifth St, Festus, MO 63028, until 2:00pm CST on July 23, 2025.  The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00pm CST on July 23, 2025, at Festus Public Works, 950 N Fifth St, Festus, MO 63028.

The Scope of Work for the Project is as follows:

Instillation of approximately 1000’ of 48” black vinyl coated fencing around the perimeter of the play area.

Instillation of two 8’ service gates and four 4’ access gates.

Clean up and removal of all construction debris at close of the project

The City of Festus anticipates issuing notice to proceed in July 2025.

The City intends to award the contract to the most responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid and reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the owner.
