This Bid Price Sheet is provided for the vendor/contractor to submit their pricing proposal for the purpose of
repaving 3.05 miles of Turner Road NE in Floyd County. We are requesting that vendors/contractor's price the
Traffic Control/Mobilization as one lump sum. This would include everything concerning the job except the
asphalt. We are requesting the asphalt be priced as a per ton price. It has been estimated that 2,804 tons of
asphalt will be needed, however, that is just an estimate. The award will be determined by the total price for
traffic control/mobilization and any other fixed costs plus the sum of the per ton price for 2,804 tons of mix.
