Project Description: Under this RFP, tumor registry service is defined as the process of finding cases that meet specification criteria, collecting demographic and clinical information from a patient’s medical record, evaluating data relative to measure specifications and criteria, transcribing appropriate data to the clinical data abstraction or registry platform to ensure complete and accurate data are submitted to regulatory, accrediting, and benchmarking entities.
