Description
The Cities of Covington and Oxford are soliciting proposals for Micro-Detection of RDII services in the
Turkey Creek Sanitary Sewer Basin. The services shall meet all aspects of the attached specifications.
Scoring criteria to compare proposals received will be done according to Section 2 herein and will be based
on Team Experience and Qualifications, Work Plan, Service and Support, Delivery Schedule and Cost as
described herein.
