Turf Replacement - Fountain Hills Blvd. and Shea Blvd.

The Town of Fountain Hills (the “Town”) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (this “IFB”) from qualified, licensed firms (“Vendors”) as more particularly described in the Scope of Work . In accordance with the Town’s Procurement Code, the Town will accept sealed bids for the Goods/Services specified in the Scope of Work .

The Project limits include the north side of the Shea Boulevard intersection to approximately 360 feet north on both sides of Fountain Hills Boulevard, 40 to 80 feet beyond existing curbs (+/- 31,430 sf). The median on Fountain Hills Boulevard is not anticipated to be included as part of the design and construction for this project.

The objective of this project is to develop a sustainable and aesthetic landscape that optimizes water usage and minimizes maintenance efforts within the Town’s budget.
