ADVERTISEMENT FOR QUOTES
Notice is provided by the Township Secretary that proposals will be received by the Township of Lower Merion for the following:
Turf & Grounds Maintenance at Various Township Locations
RFQ Number: 26-13-126
Sealed proposals shall be submitted online via the PennBid Bonfire Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).
Proposals will be received until 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, Thursday, April 23, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section (Exhibit “C”) of the Bid Document.
Specifications may be obtained electronically, at no cost, on the PennBid Bonfire website.
Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the “Questions” feature in PennBid. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day of Friday, April 10, 2026.
An ordinance restricting the use of gas-powered leaf blowers in Lower Merion was adopted at the November 19, 2025 Board of Commissioners meeting. Please be advised that the use of gas-powered leaf blowers is prohibited from June 1, 2026, through October 1, 2026. Please visit www.lowermerion.org/ELawns for more information.
