Deposits for hard copy must be in a form of a check. Please mail all deposit checks to Repro Graphix, Inc.; 437 N. Illinois St.; Indianapolis, IN 46204. Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com

Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the 15th day of January 2026 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

5. West Lafayette Campus – Tunnel Ventilation System and Insulation Phase I - 2026

Per Addendum 1, the Bid Date is to be pushed back 1 week to January 22, 2026 to accomodate new informatoin.

A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 5 will be held on January 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST. It is strongly recommended that contractors attend this meeting due to the tunnel’s complex and unique conditions. Please meet onsite at the West entrance of the Horticulture Building (HORT), located at 625 Agriculture Mall Dr., West Lafayette, IN.
