  16. Description: One, U.S. flag, registry-endorsed, ocean-going certified tug, capable of towing berthing barge YRBM 58 “IAW the U.S. Navy Tow Manual (SL740-AA-MAN-010)”. The requirement is for one voyage.

Place of Contract Performance: The port/place of departure is Naval Base San Diego, San Diego, CA (USA), pier location to be determined; and the port/place of destination is Naval Base Guam, Apra Harbor, Guam, pier location to be determined. The laydays commence 16 June and cancel 22 June 2025; and the period of performance will be one voyage.
