Tug Hill Artisan Roasters, 7514 South State Street, Lowville, NY invites your firm to bid for Multiple Prime Contract Work, as appropriate for your firm, for General Construction, and Electrical work for Phase II work to complete partially finished construction at the facility located at 7514 South State St., Lowville, NY Sealed bids for each prime contract will be received by Tug Hill Artisan Roasters at 7514 S. State St., Lowville, NY. 13367 (mailing address) until 2 PM,Wednesday, November 13, 2024. Bids will be opened immediately after time of final receipt.


A mandatory pre-bid on-site meeting will be held at the project site at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 29, 2024, for all prime contracts.
