TUBING BUNDLES FOR HEAT EXCHANGE

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Elkton, OH is issuing solicitation 15B21626Q00000002 for the replacement of various, specified tubing bundles for the heat exchange to be delivered to FCI Elkton. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business Concerns, FOB Destination. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance and price will be considered with price being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be available on or after March 11, 2026, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website www.sam.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
