ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals for furnishing and installation of Tube Settlers for the City of Lexington Water Treatment Plant will be received on or before 10:00 a.m. EST, Wednesday, October 8, 2025 in the Purchasing Office of the City of Lexington, 28 West Center Street, Lexington, NC 27292, at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read.

Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable statutes and regulations and those attached to and made a part of the proposal.

Specifications may be obtained at the office of the City of Lexington Purchasing Officer, Britt Smith - bssmith@lexingtonnc.gov Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (336) 248-3928.
