Install new insulation, vapor barrier, cement board, and maintenance free one-piece wall-surround assembly including integral double corner-shelf. Existing bathtub remains.

and tub spout. Modification to existing plumbing to install new shower head assembly
including tub spout and mixing valve with integral diverter. Install new insulation, vapor

integral double corner-shelf. Existing bathtub to remain. Base Bid consists of (65) Full
replacements including wall surround and mixing valves, (14) wall surrounds only, and
(1) mixing valve replacement only. Alternate No.1 includes the remaining (13) Full
replacement units.
