Solicitation Summary
Towson University (hereinafter “University”) is seeking a SaaS cloud-based solution to enhance
degree planning, degree progress visibility, advising, enrollment, communication, and overall
student success. Vendors submitting proposals should have at least 5 years of related
experience working directly with higher education institutions and be able to provide evidence
of successful implementations of degree planning and progress solutions. The successful
contractor will be responsible for supplying all personnel, materials, equipment, supplies, etc.,
necessary to successfully execute these objectives.
