TSMP TEMPERATURE MONITORING SYSTEM

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Healthcare Contracting Division - West, Foxtrot Branch intends to make a sole source award to Veracity Group, Inc for a TSMP Temperature Monitoring System (VersaTrak) firm fixed-price contract for Bassett Army Community Hospital, Alaska. The NAICS code of this procurement is 339112.

The statutory authority permitting this award without providing full and open competition is RFO FAR 12.102-1(a) which authorizes the government for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), to solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under RFO FAR 5.101. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
