Trusteeship and Money Management Support Services (TAMMS)

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Social Services (the ministry) for respondents to be added to a list of pre-qualified suppliers who are able to provide Trusteeship and Money Management Supports (TAMMS) as further described in the RFSQ particulars. Respondents will commit to providing trusteeship services to support client stability and money management supports to coach clients to become independent managers of their financial resources. Successful suppliers will be placed on a pre-qualified suppliers list with whom the ministry will negotiate master services agreements, however successful suppliers are not guaranteed client spaces as a result of being on the pre-qualified suppliers list. Client spaces will be awarded to successful suppliers through a subsequent contract at any time while the pre- qualified suppliers list is active, as the ministry determines a need for TAMMS services.

The GOS will consider proposals from both non-profit Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and for- profit agencies eligible to be registered with Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan (ISC).
