Truesdell Park Parking Lot Project

The City of Panama City, Florida, a Florida municipal corporation located in Bay County, Florida (“City” or “Owner”), through the City’s Public Works Department seeks bids for the construction of the PC26-002 Truesdell Park Parking Lot Project. The scope of the project will include the construction of a parking lot at an existing City-owned park property using asphaltic-concrete paving and adding a dry-retention stormwater treatment facility on the property as shown in the plan set. The parking lot is located at 2629 West 10th Street (Bay County Parcel ID 30065-000-000).

Bids for this project will be received by the City of Panama City Purchasing Division located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, Florida, 32401, until Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., CT by submitting online through the City of Panama City’s Bonfire Portal at https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities . At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in City Hall Room 010 located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida, 32401. The bids received will be evaluated and a recommendation for bid acceptance and contract award will be provided to the City Manager.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. CT in the Human Resources Conference Room 120 in City Hall located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401.
