The City of Statesboro is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of a Ford F-250

work vehicle year model 2026 or newer for the Stormwater Division. Vehicle Specifications can

be found on the City’s Website under Opportunities to Bid. Sealed bids shall be due on Thursday,

October 23 rd , 2025 at 3:00pm EST in the Purchasing Office, 22 West Grady Street. Bids shall not be

accepted by telephone, e-mail or facsimile machine. Please address any questions to the City of

Statesboro Purchasing Office. Bids shall be sealed at time of submittal and shall be clearly

labeled:

“1 Truck Stormwater Division”

on the outside of the envelope. Any changes/amendments made to the bid specifications will

be addressed by issuance of a written addendum. All bids submitted must acknowledge receipt

of addendums issued.
