TRUCK CHASSIS WITH DUMP BODY OPTIONS, PARTS & SERVICE

KYTC's Division of Equipment wishes to establish a contract(s) for sales, repair parts, and service statewide for KYTC locations of medium and heavy-duty trucks. Parts shall be original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Proprietary, reconditioned, and Premium Aftermarket parts. Sales and service must be provided by an authorized dealer and service facility of the manufacturer. Approved truck makes in accordance with technical specifications include: Freightliner International Kenworth Mack Peterbilt Volvo Western Star The awarded contracts will serve the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) by enabling the purchase of truck chassis, body upfits, snow/ice controller options, and parts for the Division of Equipment. These contracts will also include parts and service for 14 Equipment Garages throughout the Commonwealth. THIS IS A REQUEST TO ESTABLISH AN RFP WHICH WILL RESULT IN A KYTC DIVISION OF EQUIPMENT MASTER AGREEMENT FOR THE PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WITH SIX ONE-YEAR RENEWALS
