Troy Community Center Site Improvements - Troy, KS

The City of Troy, KS is inviting Bids for the Work involving the construction of a new restroom, sidewalks / stairs, and dugouts in Troy, KS as designated in the Bid Documents.

BG Consultants’ Project No. 25-1281

BG Consultants, Inc will receive bids on behalf of the City of Troy, Kansas for a Contract for the Project. Qualified General Contractors may submit as the General Contractor for this Work.

Bids will be accepted by the following method: 1) submitted in a sealed envelope delivered to City of Troy, City Hall at 137 W Walnut St, Troy, Kansas 66087 by the above time. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by BG Consultants immediately proceeding bid submission.

Recommendations for award will be presented to the City Council meeting on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

Bidding Documents may be examined and obtained online, on or after Friday, March 6, 2026, via the Drexel Technologies, Inc. Planroom, http://planroom.drexeltech.com/View/Default.aspx , Bidding Documents may also be examined upon request at:

1. Troy City Hall, Kansas 137 W Walnut St, Troy, KS 66087

2. BG Consultants, Inc., 1405 Wakarusa Drive, Lawance, Kansas 66049.

All Bidders are subject to and must comply with applicable state and federal anti-discrimination laws. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the above time located at 137 W Walnut St, Troy, KS 66087, immediately followed by a tour of the project site.

Bidders are encouraged to visit the site prior to the Bid opening to satisfy themselves with the existing conditions. No allowances shall be made to bidders for negligence for not visiting the site.

Bids shall not contain any recapitulation of the work to be done. No oral, telegraphic, or telephonic proposals or modification will be considered.

All bids shall be submitted sealed in envelopes and titled:

“BID PACKAGE – TROY COMMUNITY CENTER SITE IMPROVEMENTS”
