Troy Aquatic Park Renovation Improvements/Maintenance

The City of Troy is seeking a qualified design, architectural or engineering firm with extensive experience designing and engineering the renovation of a large municipal pool area. This work will include, but not be limited to estimates, design development, bid documents, contract documents, construction administration, project close-out and as-built drawings. The City will be heavily engaged with the selected consultant throughout all portions of these listed components to achieve the vision of the renovation improvements and maintenance projects within the allowed budget.
