Project Description: The City of Scottsdale desires to establish a term contract for the operation of the Scottsdale Trolley System. This solicitation pertains only to the City of Scottsdale’s fixed route system and covers provision of service on the City’s existing routes, including responsibility for conducting, administrating, and managing operations and related transit service activities efficiently and effectively. The Contractor shall also be responsible for interior and exterior vehicle cleaning including graffiti removal.
