Mechanically remove obstruction/ Beaver dam (including any debris included with obstruction) in the drain

in Adams Twp /SEC 29 (See map for location).

Remove all obstructions, sticks, debris in the impacted area. Please include any de-brushing that needs to be done to

complete the work in your bid. All debri, trash and rubbish shall be hauled away. All areas (yards, sidewalks, pathways,

curbs, streets, private property) disturbed/damaged during work shall be restored to pre-existing condition. Bid project as a

lump sum. In your bid, should any unforeseen additional work be required beyond the specified scope, it must be discussed

and approved by the project manager. 30-day completion, weather permitting. All repairs are subject to ACSO approval -

48 Hr. Notification for inspection is required before work can begin.
